On Page no. 4, Para 12 of the Moot Problem, the first sentence should be read as “Following a trade related dispute that arose between Durkistan and Wazirasia, in late 2006 the Government of the Wazirasia took the decision to ban the export of sand to Durkistan with effect from 6 February 2007 (the “sand crisis”).
On Page no. 8, Para 24 of the Moot Problem, the first sentence should be read as “The Republic of Durkistan is a party to a Comprehensive Agreement for the Promotion of Trade and Protection of Investments 2008 with Utopia (hereinafter “the BIT”) [Annex “6”].”
