Hospitality Details

1. The Organizers shall provide suitable accommodation to teams from 12:00 noon on the12th of September, 2008 till 12.00 noon on the 14th of September, 2008. However, no accommodation shall be provided for those teams that are based in the National Capital Region (Delhi).
   
   
2. The Organizers shall not be responsible for making travel arrangements or reimbursing any charges whatsoever for Teams participating in the Competition. However, on the Teams’ arrival in Delhi, the Organizers shall arrange transportation fro and to airports, railway stations or bus stands/stop and the official accommodation/hotel of the teams or alternatively provide them reimbursement at the rate of INR500/- one way per team, as may be deemed expedient by the Organizers.
   
   
3. Teams requiring transfer to and from the official accommodation/ hotel on arrival/departure would be required to provide clear arrival and departure details. The details of arrival of each team must be communicated to the Organizers by the 29th of August 2008.
   
   
4. The Organizers shall not be responsible for providing accommodation or transfer to any other accompanying person with the Team.
   
   
5. No visitors or spectators shall be allowed to visit the Competition without the prior written permission of the Administrator.
   
   
6. The Organizers shall not be responsible for providing or arranging transport or accommodation for teams arriving before the noon of 12th of September, 2008 and staying in the hotel beyond 12 noon on 14th of September, 2008.
   
   
7. The Organizers shall also make arrangements for all meals for the Teams during their stay as mentioned above, at either the venue of stay or Competition. The meals provided shall be as follows:
   
   

   i.    Breakfast - 13th & 14th of September, 2008
   ii.   Lunch - 13th & 14th of September, 2008
   iii.  Dinner - 12th & 13th of September, 2008
   iv. Tea & Coffee along with light snacks (during scheduled      breaks) - 12th – 14th of September, 2008.
   

8. Apart from the above mentioned hospitality, the Organizers shall not provide any other benefits/hospitality to the Teams. The Organizers shall not pay for any food or other items ordered by the teams through room service at the official accommodation/hotel of the teams or for any other services (like internet, phone calls etc.) availed thereat.
