Important Dates


Important dates for the participants of 3rd IICLAM, 2009 are given below:

• Last date for receipt of participation forms is 10th August, 2009
  
  
• Last date for submission of memorials along with the names of participants / team composition is 30th September, 2009.
  
  
• Announcement of shortlisted teams by the IICLAM Secretariat would be done on 23rd October, 2009.
  
  
• Last date for receipt of confirmation of participation, along with the travel details of the team members shall be 30th October, 2009.
  
  
• The Moot would be held on 13th, 14th & 15th November, 2009.
  
  
• The Pre-event Orientation Ceremony shall be on 13th, November, 2009.
  
  
• The Inauguration Ceremony and the Preliminary Rounds would be held on 14th November, 2009.
  
  
• The Semi-Final Rounds, the Final Round and the Prize Distribution Ceremony shall be on 15th November, 2009.
