The shortlisted teams are requested to refer to the itinerary of the event and plan their travel to and from Delhi accordingly. The shortlisted teams must communicate their travel itinerary to the IICLAM Secretariat by the 10th of August 2008. In case any clarifications or assistance is required then the students may please contact the IICLAM Secretariat.

The students may note that the official accommodation is being provided at the Centaur Hotel, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi – 110037. To know more about the facilities being provided to the participants, please refer to the Hospitality Details section. Further, there shall be a pre-event orientation at the Centaur Hotel at 4:00p.m. on the 12th of September 2008 and all the participants are required to be present there on time.
